On Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023, KIPL, the Indian subsidiary of KISCO, held its 9th Annual Dealer Conference in Goa, India. The event, which was held in person for the first time in four years due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, was attended by approximately 40 employees from KIPL, KISCO’s OBU/ATB dye business unit, and sales partners from various regions in India. During the conference, the attendees reviewed their sales performance from the previous year, discussed the current market situation and customer needs, and shared various information while discussing future goals and strategies.
At this year’s event, KIPL recognized outstanding achievements in 2022 by awarding prizes to its sales partners. They also presented sales plans for each region in India, and KISCO introduced its recent activities in the areas of products and sustainability. KISCO also presented an overview of the company’s ESG performance and products and processes that reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Finally, KISCO provided a roadmap that KIPL employees and partners could use for their sales and promotional activities to align their business direction.
During the Annual Conference, KIPL and its partners participated in a Q&A session to directly address any challenges and issues they faced. They also had the opportunity to discuss and find solutions to regional promotions and reinforce their partnership. Feedback from customers who used KISCO products was also collected, enabling KISCO to address their concerns and make improvements.
