2019 New Employee Workshop for KISCO Group (19.04.25 ~ 26)

From April 25th to 26th, 2019, KISCO Group’s 2019 new employee training was held at the Teacher Vision Center in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province.

The new employee training program, first conducted in 2018, continued this year with a total of 48 new employees of KISCO. This included 31 staff from KISCO, 5 from DKC, 10 from JMC, and 2 from WiseChem. Employees began with sessions on ‘Self-Leadership’ and ‘Team Formation’. Various aspects of team work were discussed.

The program also included sessions on relationship building, strategic thinking, the identification and management of individual strengths and active participation – the role and attitude of new employees.

In the evening, the Chairman, the CEO, the Vice President and other Group executives and team leaders attended the ceremony, followed by a presentation from the Chairman to celebrate the coming together of the KISCO Group and the exchanges between executives and new employees.
